Well first of all, KL is a place filled with people... lot of people.... so to manage these people, we have the government,first thing that makes a place a civilization. There are also lots of buildings.short and tall. There is one building which is the tallest twin tower ever built! Its picture is on the left.Then we have health services, Money, jobs, and lots of things. also in order to be a civilization you must also be kind to your neighbouring countries. if not, when in a crisis they wont help you. in order to be a civilization your economy should be growing as well.
