We Need Confirmation On Ourselves..

Today, During my humanities class, we discussed about whether the goverment should regulate child birth. after that we all wrote a headline summarizing up the whole discussion. for me i wrote, "We Need Confirmation On Ourselves."



I wrote that, because to me, we really need to decide soon whether, the goverment should or not. because if we dont decide soon, people might be really angry at the government and are not getting their rights, and thats not fair

ok according to what i remember from our class today, my home work was to expand on my headline, and explain why i chose it....soo...i actually did in class...but sure..

ok the reason why i chose my headline was because, in the chinese tradition, the men are favored more than women, and if a women were to be born first, they would be either forced to abandon the baby, so that she can get a son. the babies normally die.and to me it should be the peoples choice and not the goverments choice cuz it is their job to manage the people....

7th Sonnet vershun two!

heyy, well.. im required to do like another version of my updated thoughts on the previous post....welll....yeah.. and note i spelled version wrong in the title on purpose for all of you who ACTUALLY think my spellings bad...psshhhh

well, if you have read my previous post which i hope i must say is AWESOME, you should know that me and my humanities class are currently studying the 7th sonnet by william shakespeare.

well when i first saw the poem i actually took the poem literally in terms which i couldnt really understand...so..that wasnt really a good idea..nope...well when i finally decided to look deeper into the poem to find its hidden and true meaning, i found out that the poem could be about the sun..

ok if you actually like read the whole thing and not just take the thing literally and find its meaning its about the sun, i'm still not sure why but its pretty self-explanatory, because the whole poem seems to be describing the proccess of the sun rising and setting each day, but in terms that are sometimes quite hard to understand, like its like put in words which are of higher class and is described VERY descriptively

today and yesterday we split into i think about three groups...yeah...three...well the groups were actors, (awesomeness) artists and musicians. what we had to do was try to explain what our interpertation of the sonnet actually meant through our groups...

personally i think that all the groups basicly had the same thinking, and we all presented them in differnt ways and we all presented and agreed that this whole poem is all about the sun and its cycle in day...and..night :P...

so...yeah i think shakespeare was an awesome man who should have his name carved into my arm for respect for his awesomeness....sorry...random streak?!

Shakespeare (ithinkthatshowuspellit) Sonnet 7

Before I start i wanna point a few things before i start..well his last name is really hard for me to spell and i am not able to spell it on the spot correctly.. 2ndly (hehe..2ndly...hehe..) i think i tried my best at understanding everything going through class more than i usually do. so...yay I'm so awesome....ON WITH THE SONNET REFLECTION ^__^

well, first of all i noticed that the kind of writing that William (ha ha) uses isn't present English, i mean like its not common for us to use that kind of English nowadays.......yeah..

Next thing is there are two ways u can understand this passage, u can take it literally or if u look deeper into it and try to look for the hidden message that could be the other meaning....I'm not sure but i think that was kinda obvious...yup..

next thing...well i better just summarize things up for this sonnet. basically if u look at it literally it shows an middle aged man who some how turns into a young man as it said on one of the lines his new appearing sight and resembling youth.. so..yeah...

if u take the thing by the hidden message thing, it should be that there was the process of the sun rising and falling, I'm not sure how it explains that but its sorta self explanatory why its about the sun.

if i had my way i think that its actually about the sun because most of the time very complex writing and poems actually have a hidden message..this is one piece of complex writing so im taking it that way...

well, im done, and i hope i did a good job, i think i did well..yeah...

P.S DONT TAKE THINGS LITERALLY ALL THE TIME!!! ITS A BAD HABIT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO PEOPLE WHO ARE REALLY DEEP. JUST LIKE ME!!^__^
